Here's an Idea, get a quartet of the greatest players available and
have them do 1 hour lectures, and then have them perform a few
quartets together. Then also work with them to have this all recorded
for distribution on DVD and CD (i would include the instruction
sessions and the performance on these) and then offer them for sale to
the attendants and then on the web for those of us who cannot attend.

This would give you a vehicle to promote your show and to raise money
for the next show.
