Add this to the mix....

Nancy, I have no idea about your budget, but spending a lot of money on a
"big name player", doesn't necessarily mean you'll have more people attend.
Having the name player there does not insure breaking even. There are many
factors involved. I can't tell you how many "concerts" or "recitals" I've
attended, with "big name" performers....where the hall was half full or
less. People are busy and people are broke.

Find a great player to perform in your feature spot....but unless you're
rich, watch that budget.

It might help to know what *your* objectives are in this effort????
