Kevin,

The major name student flutes retail for $7-900.

The HEISIG, which I make sells for $495.

The late Prince Lasha (he passed away about 2 weeks ago) said about my alto sax and flute--"Oh man! These are the most enchanting, fluid instruments I've played." Kenneth Bird, and Bill Bronson, 2 other Bay Area jazz players have also purchased them.

Mark Russo (the Klassy Kats one--there are 2 M R's in the Bay Area), Steve Berlin, and one of Rampal's students have also liked them very much.
Karlton Hester, who plays a $17,000 flute warmly endorses them.

I have retired my Haynes and am playing a HEISIG now myself.

I hope we can help you.

Kurt
