My two cents....

Music is not the influence.

The influence is the bad influence that money makes upon the musicians and
then everyone wants to be like them, so they dress like them, talk like
them, and act like them. I think the "whole" problem of rap is that since
Jay-Z has to carry a weapon, the kids that are on the street think they do
too. And the videos for the music don't help either, especially when 12
year old girls start wearing thongs, hip showing jeans and shirts that don'=
=3D
t
come down much farther than their training bra. And that's if they wear a
shirt at all, since most of the dancers are just wearing their bra or some
string.
