Sorry to hear of your condition.
I wonder if it would be productive to do some research into Rahsaan (sp?)
Roland Kirk. I'm pretty sure that when he played multiple saxes at the
same time, some of them were adapted to give more control - although I
don't know whether they were all notes/full range. Perhaps he is high
profile enough that there will be more information readily available?
