Back in the '60's, W. Wayne Sorenson, my oboe professor and industry studies mentor, told me about a fellow in Idaho? or Utah? that played a one armed saxophone. He had had it re-made to be played with his one good arm. It has been done. You might try googling around to see if there are pics of such a thing anywhere, to give your local tech some ideas.

Which is your good arm?
