For what it is worth, here is the library of the Huntington Beach Concert Band:

Note that there is only one list, alphabetized by title. Were it for
me to do, I think I'd offer two lists, the other alphabetized by
composer, but it is no big deal. Maintaining such a list and
watching over the file cabinets which contain the music is a genuine
labor of love (not mine, thankfully)
