Well, yes. So are any number of other Strauss waltzes. And your point is?

The perfection of Strauss waltzes in no way reduces the value of hundreds or
thousands of other wonderful works. We naturally admire the music that has
stood the test of time, but we can also recognize the beauty and potential
of new music that has only begun to be tested. Open ears! Open minds!
That's the way to go. And don't fret about who might be the greatest.
