Dear fellow-listers,
back in 2003 Klarinet-l
(http://test.woodwind.org/Databases/Klarinet/2003/09/000801.txt)
announced that the book by Thomas Grass and Dietrich Demus on the basset
horn was being translated into English.

Does anyone know whether this was ever published and, if so does anyone
have the details?
