When you have made as great a contribution to the instrument as Mr.
Pay, then you're welcome to continue to call him names, but kindly do
it in the privacy of your own mailbox, and not in ours. ;)

Criticizing aspects of a nation's culture is not the same as
"Insulting Americans", as well, just FYI. Refusal to turn inward and
consider faults in one's country is the path to fascism. Now that
I've mentioned this, and invoked Godwin's law (Hitler!), I think we
should agree to back off, and consider the true questions being
raised, rather than infighting.
