I use a Fobes (San Francisco) on a 1960's Selmer and have been very
pleased with it. I would think that the Nova, which has the same
facing, would work well. All of Clark's mouthpieces at all levels are
very well designed and well made. I have an old Hite made by David
Hite. It is a good mouthpiece, although I don't like it as much as
the Fobes. I'm not sure who is doing the work on the Hites these days
since David's passing. A number of years ago I had a Vandoren, which
I didn't care for as much as the other two.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Fobes Nova
