Curve is irrelevant. A bass clarinet is curved, as are some alto
flutes, and both have a cylindrical bore. What matters is whether the
bottom of the tube has (roughly) the same interior diameter as the top
of the tube.

My friend Wikipedia tells me that the Turkish dudek, the Chinese guan,
the Japanese hichiriki and the Korean piri are double-reed instruments
with cylindrical bore.

The oboe has a conical bore.
