Jeff,
I just checked my Orch Musicians' CD with R-K on it. The piano concerto is
not one of the pieces on CD. But a quick on-line search at a local
university library shows a score for the concerto. That would probably be
your best (quickest) bet -- chase down a score at a nearby university. You
might luck out and someone on the list has her/his "personal" copy of the
part.
