So, that fits. And that Chester puts the edition number there shows that my
edition, bought in December 1963, is the first because there is no edition
number above the dedication (you don't say 'first edition' when you have no
reason to expect others).

Well, 2000 is the current (revised) edition. I wouldn't say there is no
controversy -- the Frenchmen are still talking about it -- what we want to
know is why.

The Boutard recording will contain the uncorrected notes.

We had a correspondence about this, I recall. But I still don't know
anything about a switch from Prokofiev to Honegger.
