Here's how the listserv works.

You send an email to klarinet@-----. It is then forwarded to
everyone who subscribes to the list. I don't know the current subscriber
count; Mark Charette, who administers the system, can comment.

If anyone chooses to reply, their message is sent to
klarinet@-----.org (if they just hit Reply), or, alternatively, just
to you if they change the reply address (uncommon).

If you don't get any replies, it's entirely possible that a) those with
the right information do not have time; b) there is no interest in the
question; c) no one knows the answer.
