Of course, Michael, if you want to listen to recordings, you don't
necessarily know - at least in the case of Beethoven - whether the players
were using C clarinets or not. And when you ask about "links" - I assume
you're looking for downloadable recordings - you'd likely be dealing with
some kind of compressed codec - mp3 most likely, which could also make any
difference harder to hear.

One place you could look is on the Philadelphia Orchestra's website, where
they sell FLAC versions (a "lossless" compression codec that can be
uncompressed to a CD-quality WAV file) of a number of performance
recordings. They do have a Beethoven symphony cycle available, either singly
or as a set, from 2005, so the likelihood is that the Beethoven 1 was done
on C clarinets. For clearly audible solo passages on Bb clarinet, listen to
the 3rd, 4th, 6th or 8th symphonies. The 7th symphony has some exposed A
clarinet. The 9th uses all three instruments, but without a score or a part
you might not know which clarinet is which, and the C passages in the
scherzo might not be so easy to hear. The link to their online store is

Beethoven symphony number 1 and piano concerto number 1. Richard Strauss,
opus posthumous wind pieces, two of them.

For those of us, well me, that don't know the difference could someone
please
post links to a single piece alternately performed on a C and Bb (or other)
clarinet? I need to hear it.
