On the auction site whose name we dare not speak a guy in Ohio has a stream of
TR247 clarinets up for sale.

I bought one. I highly recommend people looking for a second, spare or student
instrument giving consideration to these. I got mine, with shipping for $75.
I also got lucky: the included mouthpiece was a Vandoren B45.

The price for clarinet on these is pretty great value.

Disclaimer: I have a Lyrique as my primary instrument, so I'm something of a
Ridenour fan to begin with.
