I remember one time, doing musicals, the rental company did not have enough
books to send out in a timely manner. They mailed out a set within minutes
of it having been returned. Needless to say, the parts were a mess,
especially with cuts that we were not going to use. We complained and told
them we had to pay someone to clean up the books. The gave a discount equal
to what we had to pay and an apology.
