Very simple: I don't.

I am unemployed and unemployable. I am fully
disabled from Frequent "Diabetic Black-Outs". Since
what I have is one of the most Extremely Severe
and Extremely Rare cases on record I will explain
it briefly. I means that I get sudden, random "Large
Drops in Blood Sugar Levels" (officially called
"Diabetic Crashes") that go as low as to threaten
death within a few minutes. (I've gone below 49
mg/dL, or 2.65 mmol/L over 170 times, and as low
as 30 mg/dL, or 1.50 mmol/L, a few times.) It puts
me into Shock, causing Unconsciousness for a few
hours, and when I wake up, I have NO Memory of
the previous day. It scrambles my body chemistry,
so that all that I do for the next several hours Can
NOT be retained in Long-Term Memory. That means
when I wake up on the Second Day, EVERYTHING
that I did on the Day of the Black-Out has now also
been Permanently Erased!

Modern Medicine can't stop these Diabetic Black-
Outs, nor heal them, nor even slow them down, and
any next one can be fatal! They've been happening at
a rate of 2 to 5 times a week for years!

I've actually had a few powerful politicians tell me
that this is NOT a Disability! It normally takes 2 Years
to get Social Security / Disability, but when they know
that you might die soon, they drag their feet for years,
hoping that you will die, and they won't have to spend
a penny on you. It took me EIGHT Years to get into
a court room with the Government, and we had to
xerox my Diabetic Log Books for the previous 9 years,
and do a Statistical Report on them (which I keep up-
dated). As of that court date, in August 2007, I had
Over 330 Documented Diabetic Black-Outs! (We're
now approaching 500!) The court agreed with me, so I
won my case, even though those same nasty politicians
Still say it is NOT a Disability! No matter which
corporate puppet is elected to be the next US President,
I fear for the safety of all of us!

In the meantime, more experts are reviewing my
many sonatas, concerti and chamber works, and are
agreeing that I have Invented More Entirely NEW
Kinds of Fugues than any known composer in history.
(Any schlemiel can learn to write a Pre-Existing Kind
of Fugue, but Inventing an Entirely NEW Kind of
Fugue is almost unknown to history.) In 1936 Bart=F3k
was declared to be a genius for Inventing ONE New
Kind of Fugue, being the "Changing Meters Fugue",
while in the last decade I've invented 23! Only the
first 9 are in Copyrighted, Proven works, and the rest
are in newer uncopyrighted works, composed since
then.)=20

I now consider myself lucky to be living on Welfare
for food and health care. I write my symphonic works
in the hopes that they will be enjoyed in the future. I
may have hours or decades left, which is true of every-
one who is reading my words. But don't ever try to
tell me that I'm not living in a seriously flawed culture,
because even Shostakovich got public recognition while
living an under oppressive Soviet government.
