One of my favorite etude books has been P.M. Dubois'
"Douze Etudes". Might be a little more advanced than
what you are looking for, but contains both
challenging, yet very musical etudes in a 20th century
vain.

All the Opperman books contain excellent exercises.

A few books not specifically for the clarinet, but
easily used for the clarinet:
Nicolas Slonismsky "Thesaurus of Scales and Melodic
Patterns"
Yusef Lateef "Repository of Scales and Melodic
Patterns"
Steve Lacy "Findings: My experience with the Soprano
Saxophone"
