The Avrahm Galper "Clarinet Method" books 1 and 2 are quite good for that.
Easier than the Hite and a lot more interesting than the Rubank (to me).
Abe Galper was Principal Clarinet of the Toronto Symphony and a great
teacher. He has several books on Clarinet instruction, but those are the
easiest.
Publisher is Waterloo Music and the books can be found at Luyben Music
816-753-7111 or on their online site. There is an older version of his
method published by Boosey & Hawkes that I don't like as much.

I distribute Galper's Register Key/Tube so am a bit biased, but used his
method long before I personally knew him.
