Additionally, Baerman 3 is all scale-type work, and that would be super
for you to get your technique back. Just remember to start them very
slow. (Eighth note = 60)
You might also, for melodic playing, go back to Rose's 32 Etudes. They
aren't too difficult, but they will challenge you at the point you are
at right now, IMO.
