Beware - The Opperman fingering book has some misprints and mistakes. They
are fairly obvious, but still incorrect.

Perhaps a future edition has remedied these. My edition is 2004.

Opperman's book is still something which should be in your personal library,
along with Ridenour's and Sim's.
