Since Glenn has already given you an online resource, I'll suggest a
non-online one, Alan Sim's "303 clarinet fingerings & 276 trills". It's
a little pocket-size booklet and covers the whole range of the clarinet
up to altissimo G (yes, 2 octaves above the G that lies on the top of
the stave). It's particularly nice because it gives not just fingering
charts but also frequent useful commentary on the preferable fingering
for different situations.
