ATTENTION denizens of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill:
Michael (sp?) Collins will be performing tonight and this weekend
with the NC Symphony on basset clarinet (!). He'll be playing the
Katz-Chernin concerto. My wife, who is in the symphony, says he
sounds wonderful. All clarinetists in the area should be attending
this concert.
