The American Chamber Ensemble Presents Music of Milhaud and Hindemith on
April 13 at Hofstra University

The American Chamber Ensemble's “Music of Milhaud and Hindemith” concert
will take place on Sunday, April 13 - 3 p.m. when the Music Department
of Hofstra University presents ACE at the University's Monroe Lecture
Center Theater on California Avenue in Hempstead, New York.

Repertoire for this concert will be Darius Milhaud’s Sonatine for
clarinet and piano, Suite for violin, clarinet and piano and Sonate for
flute, oboe, clarinet and piano, along with Paul Hindemith’s Sonata for
clarinet and piano and Quartet for clarinet, violin, cello and piano.

Performers for this concert will be the Directors of the American
Chamber Ensemble, pianist Blanche Abram and clarinetist Naomi Drucker,
who will be joined by pianist Marilyn Sherman Lehman and other members
of ACE.

Tickets for the April 13 concert are available at the Hofstra University
Box Office for $15 ($12 senior citizens 65+ and non-Hofstra students).

The American Chamber Ensemble explores the great chamber music
literature for clarinet and piano in combination with strings, woodwinds
and voice and presents performances featuring world-class artists. ACE
