(1) If the venting of the G via the pad under the A key is very small,
increase the venting by bending the connecting sliver to the thumbring
slightly upwards. (A tableknife is an adequate tool for the job.)

(2) If the venting is already adequate, or if the bending results in
metal to metal contact between the pad cup and the A key, or between
the connecting sliver and the RH trill keys, then take off the A and
G# keys and the LH rings and clean out the hole under the G vent. It
often gets clogged with detritus.

(3) If there is no detritus, enlarge the hole, or have it enlarged.
It affects nothing else on the clarinet.

You can change the order in which you apply (1) and (2).
