Thanks. It sounds like folk songs I've heard in English in which the
"headache" to be gotten rid of turns out to be an overbearing wife or
girlfriend. This recording's instrumental, so if there's a text that goes
with it, it isn't on the record.

Hello all,
It definitely means "Who wants to get rid of his migraine (headache)".
The meaning of migraine has not changed since... well since people
suffer from migraine (the etimology of it is from "mi-graine" or
"mi-crane" that is "half of the brain", refering to the fact that in
a migraine usually one side of the head is at pain.
If music doesn't work, I recommend sumatriptans (eg : Zomig).
