How strong are you? Maybe you can let someone stronger
to try? You need especially strong TWISTING force. Of
course be careful not to damage anything! That works
most of the times. If not...

You can try things to make it more dry and cold, to
shrink it as much as possible. That sometimes works.

What you need to do is create that slight movement and
then it should be much easier. Try to move it sideways
(but very carefully!) to wobble the connection. If you
can do that it would possible be easier to seperate
normally or you will need to keep wobbling it until it
is loose enough.
If you can't, you need something strong and thin, I
use a specific knife, to tap between the joints and
force them to move. Again be careful and alternate
sides so it doesn't move too much to a diagonal. This
should work.

I don't know what Wiseman case you are using, but I
have the bass clarinet one and I keep my soprano
clarinet in it with the joints seperate. You should do
that in your case too, and since it only take a few
more cm for that I assume it's possible in your case.
