Hi Terry,
There are certainly dentists in the UK who have studied the problems
of dentistry and wind playing; my own amongst them; so I would be
surprised if you can't get helpful advice in the US of A. I have
known several clarinet playing dentists too. You'll find plenty of
advice and help available. Good luck!
