Tim,

I have one of the same mouthpieces you describe.

If I remember correctly, I think it was found in the case of an older Buffet
clarinet which I acquired a few years ago. I placed it on the shelf in my
studio and never gave it much thought.

Mine is marked similarly on the bottom right side of the table:

W.S - B
18 - 110

No other markings on either the left side of the table, or the back.

I assume that the 18 signifies 18mm, for the length of the window opening,
and the 110 signifies a 1.10mm tip opening.

The mouthpiece is definitely made of hard rubber and plays fine, albeit with
a bright quality, probably due to the lower baffle.
