The mouthpiece definitely is marked:
W.S. - B P.16.5
440 116

These are the markings on the mouthpiece. It has what
I would call an unusual table which tapers down to
half or more of its regular table width.

I doubled checked with my 20X eye loup the markings
and they are very clear - they are actually imprinted
or pressed into the material.
