You could try to find a copy of Interlude by John Morrissey.
I believe it's currently out of print, but so many copies were sold that it
is very possible to find a set stored away and collecting dust in a college
or jr high/high school music library file cabinet.
Morrissey also wrote a similar piece called Nightfall, which was originally
for alto saxophone (or clarinet). I've performed it on clarinet and it
works just fine.
Of course, there is always the ML Lake clarinet/band arrangement of Weber
Concertino or the McCathern clarinet/band arrangement of the 3rd movement of
the Mozart Concerto.
There are also band arrangements of the standard solos by Messager, Rossini,
Andre-Bloch, Lefebvre, Spohr and even the Poulenc Sonata.
Their difficulty would probably be beyond the Junior High level band.
