I imagine they *could* do that, but most buyers won't. The ones
who would leave a negative for an unfounded reason can already
do that now, like clarnibass said.

The big issue most sellers have with the new changes is the fact that they
will no longer be able to leave anything but positive feedback for buyers.
That means that if someone only buys and never sells, it will be impossible
for them to have anything but a 100% positive feedback rating, no matter
what they do. That just doesn't make sense to me.
