Susan, where are the performances for Pacific Opera to take place. I am a
Californian and may like to come and hear the production.

The postings on this work are great for me, as I am a clarinet player, but
work full time for Opera Pacific (Production/Education)...we are doing
Salome in the 08/09 Season! I love Richard Strauss, and am rather
fascinated with this work - it IS a major production, to say the least.

Carmen C, Andy C, Deb F, Ken K on Eb and me on bass.....the clarinets take
an entire row in the pit! It is the toughest opera orchestral score I think
we've/I've done...maybe Wozzeck and Electra as tough....
