Does anyone know anything about an early 20th century French clarinet player
named Loye? (I don't know his first name.) In July of 1921, he lived in
the Rue D'Asse in Paris. That month, he bought a pair of Buffet clarinets
in Bb and in A, with a double case and some other equipment, at the Evette &
Schaeffer store in Paris. Google turned up nothing relevant. TIA!
