In the interview Mule stated that no one dare say to Ravel that it was a
mistake...... as he was a top Orchestrator.

Maybe Ravel was drinking with Rimsky when he did that ;)

Sax surely INTENDED for there to be one, and may even have MADE one,
but obviously they were far from readily available. In essence, I
suppose they did not really exist.
