pamelasmusic.co.uk occasionally has tarogatos; it is always worth a try.
Taragato fingering does not seem to be quite standardized; I haven't
seen two the same.
Don't prejudge an instruments intonation. Although I play both
soprano sax and clarinet I had difficulty for quite a few weeks in
controlling my tarogato, but now it plays well in tune. The problem
was me!
