Not at all Margaret. Some performances I have listend to last 10-15
minutes. I guess I am arguing against the idea that the Concertgebow would
design a performance to be within restrictions imposed on it by You Tube.

On the contrary, it is just plain insensitivity to cut the B section out of
an A-B-A piece that itself is only 6-1/2 minutes long.

I think YouTube has a cutoff length that is shorter than this movement.
It's obviously a promotional video.
