Just to set a context for whatever transpires, I can tell you that at the
time of the performance, the players (including me) refused permission for
broadcast or webcast unless we received a supplementary fee for such a thing.
Unfortunately, no such fee was available, and we were assured that no
broadcast or webcast would take place.
Several months later, we were told that a small fee was after all available,
and we therefore agreed to a broadcast or webcast of the recording on payment
of that fee.
The details of all of this may have confused the issue. I'm finding out.
