Also, the Hite publication that has the 3 Crusell duets also includes
Mozart's vln/vla duets which work really well.

A couple more suggestions that I hadn't seen listed yet:

David Hite (Southern Music) arranged a book of duets that is also very
pleasing (easier than the Cavellini) - 7 grand concert duets

There is also Crusell Three progressive duets
