Yes, there is some differences between R13 and Festivals. The first one =
is
the location of the speaker key; the end of the low boy has a bigger =
angle
to the bell. Buffet says that the quality of the wood is the same of the
Prestige models...

A few years ago at a convention Buffet had all their
pro models (except the R13 which I've tried on many
other occasions anyway) and many of each. The Festival
was my favorite. I think it has some differences from
the R13 like the register tube location.
