Get an oxygen machine! ;-) Or train your second clarinetist to take a
note here or there. ;-) ;-) Actually, I do have one serious hint: Where
it diminuendos to the hi D, see if you can't find a nice fake fingering
for it. I've wanted to but on my horn, the timpral (and tuning)
differences were too big. Maybe your setup will be different.
