Hi - I went through a period after a long layoff on the clarinet when my embouchure would colapse after a short period of playing.
The following worked for me after only a few weeks - Pull the corners of your mouth very firmly in around the mouthpiece and play the entire range of the clarinet in this manner. Do not release the tightness in the corners of the mouth. Soon the muscles should strenghten, your chin will not move. An added benefit is that no air will leak out of the corners of the mouth. In the beginning, when you tire, stop and rest a few minutes. Do not smile. With this embouchure your mouth around the mouthpiece will have an oval appearance. Remember - The support is supplied by the corners of the mouth pushing in toward the mouthpiece. The chin will always be flat.

Martin
