It is worse than that Ken. She had no stage presence and she had no idea of
how to carry herself other than clumsily. Her three little twirls at the
beginning showed her to have no understanding of sleek movements. And after
the first chorus when she did something that is very hard to explain -- sort
of a hide and seek -- she was clumsiness personified. Her trumpet playing
is not for public discussion.

I have another such tape in which a young woman in Texas plays a piano solo
that is so insanely bad that it was difficult to understand why the audience
screamed in appreciation after the solo. But I guess that beauty pageants
will take anything as a display of talent.
