Just a personal reaction...
I'd love to hear Branford Marsalis perform the
Copeland on a Soprano Sax. 'Very interesting' is my
reaction, also. I'm sure the result would be very
beautiful and moving (for me); I like this concerto
and I like Branford's playing. (And of course this is
not an opinion about whether Aaron would have approved
or whether this performance is 'right'. It's just me,
a listener, saying it seems worth listening to.)

PS I would prefer raisin oatmeal cookies to chocalate chip.
