There is a better than even chance that the string of '+' signs in your
footer is triggering the problem. More than one common spam system marks
probable spam with a header that includes a number of '+' signs indicating
a "weight" - 5 or more '+' signs in a row indicates a good probability of
the email being spam. If the mail client filter just looks at the number
of '+' signs then your footer would trigger it every time.
