Vincent, Keep asking questions- I like questions-
Feel free to join MY MILITARY....
Now for the on-topic bit. When I was in the Nat'l
Guard they had just changed the Army regs so that
musicians where primarily AND secondarily
musicians. It had been secondarily MPs or
something like that. Hopefully someone currently
serving can find out of that is the case. Way back
when my Grandfather was in the Army they did
whatever had to be done and then played in the
evenings.... (And I mean WAY back). As has already
been mentioned there are different rules for the
Premier bands than for "regular" groups. Do be
sure that whatever is offered is in writing before
you sign a contract- don't take anything for granted.
