Hi

I don't know if you are asking only about USA, but
here I don't think I've ever heard the Nielsen
concerto played in a concert. I'm guessing it is very
different in Denmark. Regarding your other question
again I have no idea how it is in anywhere else but in
the local (music) uni it is very usual to copy from
the library. Probably the same in most other places.
