University of Washington, Seattle
TICKETS:
All events are free to the public.
Performing in the master classes is $20 in=20
advance or $25 at the door on a space available basis.
Former Metropolitan Opera Clarinetist Sean Osborn=20
presents his Seventh Annual=20
Clarinettissimo. Students and clarinet lovers=20
are especially encouraged to attend. This year=20
the free, educationally-based concert has been=20
expanded to an all-day clarinet event featuring=20
master classes, vendors, and a clarinet choir for=20
anyone to participate in. The day ends with a=20
concert of all-British music. The pieces, their=20
compositional devices, and their historical=20
context will be spoken about before each is=20
performed, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.=20
(Musician jokes may also make an appearance.)
